3. Data Security

Each tenant's data is stored in an isolated database. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. We perform daily automated backups. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request data export at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay has its own privacy policy governing payment data. We do not share your business data with any third parties.

6. Your Rights
